
Background
At the beginning of 2016, PPAM carried out a strategic planning process in order to draw up actions that would allow to replicate its methodology on a larger scale and continue to fulfill its mission, promoting emotional education.
As a result of this exercise, today we have our Trainers and Replicators of the "I Decide" Method program.


Trainer of trainers
The "Trainer of Trainers" program aims to form and train those interested in applying our method of Emotional Education “I Decide”, in educational, health, work and welfare spaces, among others, to promote emotional wellness, reduce violence and contribute to build a culture of peace.
Objective
The participant, through a theoretical and practical process and his own psycho-affective development level recquires the knowledge, skills and attitudes to apply the Method.

Aimed to:
Education, health and humanities professionals: pedagogues, teachers of all levels, educational tutors, vocational counselors, psychologists, social workers, doctors, nurses, human resources managers, tanatologists and therapists ... sensitive to the importance of managing emotions and feelings, with a taste for and experience in the design and delivery of courses at a group level, and interested in promoting emotional education in the different spaces where they have influence.

Competences to be developed by the participant during the training:

Self-knowledge. To accept the importance of knowing our feelings and thoughts and their roll in our words and actions, as well as the influence on our recognizing of our value, our potential and our possibilities for change.

Appropriate management of the emotional-affective area. To understand, express and appropriately manage our feelings and emotions to achieve a better adaptation to life circumstances, to learning processes, to interpersonal relationships, as well as an adequate resolution of conflicts.

Emotional handling and emotional containment. To facilitate and promote the emotional development of people by accepting the expression of emotions and feelings without the role and hierarchy of the adult in charge becomes distorted.

Analysis, interpretation and evaluation of the individual and group emotional processes.
To establish the evaluation criteria that allows to account for the results obtained at individual and group level.

Stages of the Program
1. Propaedeutic.The participant becomes familiar with the language of the methodology and begins an experience of self-knowledge, which involves identifying their emotions. Online modality - 20 hours, 4 weeks.
2. Theoretical-practical course. The participant knows the methodology and the theoretical bases that support it.
3. Supervised practice. With the accompaniment of a trainer, the participant carries out practices in the field to consolidate learnings. Modality face to face and online. 10 hours. 4 weeks.

Duration: 80 hours in 13 weeks
Modality of the formation: face to face and online (small groups).

Upon successful completion of 100% of the training, the participant will receive a diploma.
